This major urban development project in southern Yekaterinburg will see the transformation of wasteland into a thriving, cosmopolitan and contemporary residential neighbourhood with shops and community facilities.
Over the next 10 years, the Forum Group will develop an area of 362 hectares between 2nd Novosibirskaya Street and the Yekaterinburg Ring Road (EKAD) with modern apartment blocks eight to 16 storeys tall.
LOCATION
The residential district is located in the southern part of Yekaterinburg, between Moskovskaya Street and the city’s ring road; residents will have direct and easy access to major highway routes and public transport.
The Solnechnyi residential district is the first phase of the development of the Gornoschitskiy Luch area.
